These terms are the agreement between you and BigWinMaxxing when you use bigwinmaxxing.com. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use BigWinMaxxing.
What BigWinMaxxing is
BigWinMaxxing is a community and information site about online slots. It shows published game data, lets members track Bonus Hunts, share Wins and talk about games, and offers free tools for streamers.
BigWinMaxxing is not a casino or a gambling operator. You cannot place bets, deposit or withdraw money here. We do not take bets, hold funds or pay out winnings, and nothing on the site is an offer to gamble.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older, and old enough to gamble legally where you live, to create an account. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including on gambling.
Your account
- One account per person. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- Pick a handle that is not misleading, offensive or someone else’s identity or brand.
- Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else is using your account.
- You can ask us to delete your account at any time. The Privacy Policy explains how.
What you post
You keep the rights to what you post. By posting on BigWinMaxxing you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, format and share it on BigWinMaxxing and in links and previews of BigWinMaxxing pages, for as long as it stays on the site. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account. Copies in backups last until those backups are deleted. If you delete your account, posts and comments other members replied to may stay without your name, as the Privacy Policy explains.
Only post what you have the right to post. Your Wins should be your own. When you share a win someone else had, use Found Wins with a link to the original and credit the winner. Everything you post must follow the community rules.
What is not allowed
- Breaking the community rules or the law.
- Promoting casinos, affiliate or referral links, bonus codes or any paid gambling service.
- Faking wins, hunts or data, or impersonating anyone.
- Scraping the site, overloading it, probing it for weaknesses or getting around its limits.
- Using the site to collect other people’s personal data.
Moderation
Anyone can report a post or profile. We may remove content, limit an account or close it if it breaks these terms or the rules, or if we need to protect people or the site. We try to be fair and explain our decisions. If you think we got it wrong, email [email protected].
Game data and information
Game facts such as RTP, max win and odds come from the figures the game’s publisher or Engine publish. We show them as published and say so. They describe a game’s design over a very large number of rounds, not what will happen in your session. We check our data carefully, but we cannot guarantee it is complete, current or error free.
Nothing on BigWinMaxxing is financial, legal or gambling advice, and nothing here is a promise that you will win. The Random Slot Picker picks at random and is not a recommendation.
Other services
Some features work with other services, such as Kick for the chat bot and X for sharing. Their own terms apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for them. Links to other sites are there for convenience and we do not control those sites. Game names, studio names and logos belong to their owners.
Copyright complaints
If you believe something on BigWinMaxxing infringes your copyright or other rights, email [email protected] with a link to it, what you own and how to reach you. We will look at it and remove it if it infringes.
The service
BigWinMaxxing is free. We may change, add or remove features, and the site may sometimes be unavailable. We provide it as it is, without guarantees beyond those the law does not let us exclude.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, gambling losses, lost profits, or losses caused by content other members post or by services we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We change the date at the top, and for important changes we will say so on the site before they apply. If you keep using BigWinMaxxing after a change, the new terms apply.
